Robert Kenneth is a Brelish tinker who, going by the name Big Bob, runs a magic item shop out of a travelling wagon. He calls this roaming shop "Big Bob's Bauble Barn".
He is a magewright and tinker of some skill, though apparently not enough to gain entry into Arcanix as a student.
