Brom is a member of House Tarkanan with an extremely powerful dragonmark. Brom regenerates all damage rapidly, but he also mutates every time he does so. Organs from different species replace those he has damaged, leading to him looking like an amalgamation of different races.
Currently, one of his arms appears to be the arm of an ogre, and weighs as much as the rest of the dwarf it's attached to.
