Brom is a member of House Tarkanan with an extremely powerful aberrant dragonmark. Brom regenerates rapidly, but he also mutates every time he does so. Organs from different species replace those he has damaged, leading to him looking like an amalgamation of different ancestries. His dragonmark is on the back of his neck, spreading down his upper back, it is black and green, and pulses with his heartbeat.
Currently, one of his arms appears to be the arm of an ogre, and weighs as much as the rest of the dwarf it's attached to.
