Kasslak is one of leaders of the Daask cell in Sharn, and the de-facto authority figure in Malleon's Gate. Kasslak only uses his powers to deal with major disruptions in the district, things that could be considered threats to the community. His position is precarious, as Lower Dura is claimed by the Boromar Clan. Nevertheless, Kasslak genuinely cares about the district and its people, and he won't abandon them to another criminal organisation that doesn't care about them.
