Chetiin is an experienced Taarka'khesh assassin. He is a favourite agent of Haruuc Shaarat'kor's, and is one of the few individuals that the lhesh considers a friend. One of Chetiin's first contracts was for Haruuc, where he acted as a scout for the lhesh when he seized the territory that is now Rhukaan Draal.
In 998 YK, Chetiin, along with Senen Dhakaan of the Kech Volaar, covertly repatriated the remains of an ancient Dhakaani hero named Kamvuul Norek from a museum in Zolanberg.
