Riish is a goblin from the Lhazaar Principalities, where he spent his youth on a turtling vessel. Nowadays he's based out of Wyvernskull in Darguun, and has been since 992 YK. He is the captain of The Nimble Escape, and only occasionally engages in activity that might be considered smuggling or piracy in the Five Nations. If his tall tales are to be believed, he lost his right arm to a Dragon Turtle.
He's one of the few ship captains that is brave enough to sail into Kraken Bay.
