Tuura Dhakaan is the leader of the Kech Volaar, and is the most powerful duur'kala to be born to the clan in over a thousand years. She has been proactive in dealing with Darguun, and has entered into diplomatic relations with the lhesh, Haruuc Shaarat'kor.
Tuura, like all of the leaders of the Heirs of Dhakaan, has designs on becoming the next emperor. She believes that the best way to achieve her goal is to learn from the past, and so the Kech Volaar have been searching for artifacts and recovering the history of the Dhakaani empire.
