Kethelrax the Cunning is the warlord of Shaarat Kol and the surrounding area in Droaam. He is unique in that he is the only kobold warlord in the country, but he has proven resourceful and cunning and he won the favour of the Daughters of Sora Kell. He is popular among the goblins and kobolds of Droaam, who flocked to his banner when he threw his lot in with the daughters.
Kethelrax is frequently ridiculed by the other, more physically imposing, warlords of Droaam. Despite this, none of them have successfully managed to take his land from him or his followers, and he somehow has the patronage of Sora Katra. Those who underestimate the kobold warlord often become painfully aware of their mistake.
