Oestra is an abnormally large minotaur from Droaam. Originally a member of the Dawn Harvest, she survived when her clan was destroyed by Maenya's Fist for refusing to accept the rule of Rhesh Turakbar. She became a clanless vagabond waiting for Rhesh to show weakness, so that she could challenge him for his position as warlord of Turakbar's Fist, and rebuild her fallen clan.
She was killed by Lozaal Daashor when she attacked the delegation bound for the Droaam Summit
