Sulring Mroranon is one of the most talented artificers to come out of the Halls of Artifice in Krona Peak. He specialised in devices relating to divination magic, and he was the creator of the eponymous device known as the Oracle of War.
Sulring has spent most of his life researching divination magic, and how it could be applied. Most of this research took place during the Last War, and so was heavily skewed towards how it could be used on the battlefield. He was present in Cyre on the Day of Mourning, and hasn't been seen since.
