Shamukaar is the most successful tavern in Khyber's Gate, and is simultaneously a slaughterhouse, butchers, restaurant and tavern. It caters primarily to immigrants from Droaam, and offers a service to cook any meat that is brought in from outside. It is also the "above ground" base of Daask in the city.
Shamukaar is neutral ground within Khyber's Gate, it's a safe haven in an otherwise inhospitable area. No resident of the area will start a fight in Shamukaar unless provoked beyond reason, and anybody who does will find the entire tavern united against them. Daask takes this neutrality very seriously, and troublemakers who start a fight in Shamukaar may find that it follows them after they leave.
