Clan Torrn is one of many Shadow Marches clans composed of orcs, half-orcs and humans, and the oldest of the three major clans that makes up House Tharashk. Clan Torrn follows the traditions of the Gatekeepers, and many of the clans members are gleaners, with a few of them being full druids. Their adherence to the ways of the Gatekeepers often puts them in opposition with Clan Aashta, who follow the "Old Ways" of the Shadow Marches. Clan Torrn believe that Clan Aashta are unwittingly the tools of evil, specifically the Daelkyr, but they have nevertheless managed to coexist with them for the last thousand years.

The druids of Clan Torrn were instrumental in the construction of Zarash'ak, and they were responsible for raising the great murk oaks that the City of Stilts resides on. Clan Torrn is close to the earth, and it boasts the best miners and prospectors in House Tharashk. They have great respect for the natural world, and ensure that their mining operations damage the environment as little as possible, sustainability is important to Clan Torrn.

The clan's leader, Maagrim Torrn d'Tharashk is a member of the Triumvirate that leads House Tharashk.
