Muurat was the second of the dar to become a vampire, turned by his lover, Iraala Dhakaan. Together, the two of them founded the Kech Nasaar and served as the spymasters for the ancient Dhakaani empire.
Alongside Iraala, Muurat leads the Kech Nasaar, and has done since it's founding thousands of years ago. His undead state cuts him off from the Uul Dhakaan, and he cannot become the next emperor. Regardless, he is one of the only individuals alive that actually remembers the empire before its fall, and he was always known for his muut and atcha, and his dedication to Iraala.
