Ambassador Syra ir’Tarrn is the chief Karrnathi diplomat in Sharn. She's a gifted diplomat, and she is completely devoted to the interests of her nation. She has no ties to the Order of the Emerald Claw, and like many of those who follow the Blood of Vol, she is appalled by the actions they take in the name of her faith.
