Clan Kastar (Swift) are the hidden death that awaits those who seek to breach the Labyrinth. They primarily rely on stealth and subterfuge, never attacking without the advantage and laying ambushes and traps for any who would brave their lands. The Kastar, unlike the Jaasakah, are cautious, and this isn't without reason. They are located within the central labyrinth, and they face threats from all directions. A Kastar would rather die than give away their location, or the location of their clanhold. The Kastar are serious and generally quiet, spending much of their time in silence. They foster community by teaching each other new skills, and they allow younger clan members to travel with hunting parties so that they can pick up the necessary skills to survive, even before their formal induction into the Ghaash'kala.

Kastar on patrols wear identical clothing and armour, obscuring their faces with cloth and leather masks. This, combined with their hit and run tactics, confuses their targets and makes it difficult to pin point exactly how many Kastar are attacking.

Kastar Dar, the fortress of the Kastar, is located underground, in a vast cavern that sits on the border of Khyber. Hunting parties venture out from here, through heavily trapped tunnels, both to patrol the surface and also the realm below. As such, the Kastar make the most use of Khyber demiplanes out of all of the Ghaash'kala. They have created vast maps of the tunnels below the Labyrinth, and they know of Khyber demiplanes that the other clans have never set foot in.

The Kizshmit of the Kastar is Maalo Sahai, and the Sar'malaan is Naakah Shahar.
