The Howling Hatred tribe serve Kan Paralesh, the Tempest of Ruin. They are as fickle as their master, relatively docile and open to trade on some days, and fierce, tempestuous raiders on others.
They are one of the few tribes to produce kineticists, and many of its members have obvious elemental influences in their heritage.
