Brightwort is a plant that is commonly used as an ingredient in healing potions, by alchemists and herbalists all across Khorvaire. It is unusually potent, and encourages the mending of wounds and the clotting of blood with an almost unnatural effectiveness.
It is not commonly known that Brightwort was a creation of the Daelkyr Avassh, the Twister of Roots. There seem to be no negative side effects to the use of Brightwort, it is completely safe, a fact that is all the more baffling considering its origin.
