Vilina is a halfling woman in her seventies, still sharp despite her age. On the surface, she's a simple cobbler based in the Archfall district of Thaliost, but she's also a fence for the city's criminals. She's spent decades carefully cultivating a working relationship with the Argentum, occasionally helping them to contain dangerous artifacts, and in return they turn a blind eye to her dealings.
