Skyblade is a sport practiced in Sharn. Jousting is a common enough sport across Khorvaire, but in Sharn jousting is done in the air. The objective is to knock the opposing rider from their saddle, not to cause harm, and attacks against mounts are forbidden, as is the use of magic.
Formal matches are generally played in Cornerstone or Hareth's Folly, but informal matches can occur throughout the city, even being drawn out across entire districts. Skyblade Jousting is typically done on the back of hippogriffs, using blunted non-lethal lances.
