Hakuul is a goblin member of the Monastic Society of the Deodand, who worship-fights at the Shrine of the Deodand in Sesshun Kesst. He is an elderly, unassuming goblin with a rusty dagger and an unmatched propensity for violence. He is terrifyingly calm, ruthlessly efficient, and all of the other monks are afraid of him. He's been trying to cleanse this dagger for years, but it's stained with so much blood.
