Mr. Dough hails from The Glass, a cold wasteland sort of area that has a few colonies on it. During his travels away from the land he established a mercenary guild alongside his wife. This guild became known as the Guild of the Blade. Eventually his son, Jo'Han Dough joined him in manning the guild.
Mr. Dough takes charge of networking and developing connections with clients. He travels the world and keeps a firm control over the guild activities. However, by traveling the world and developing these networks, he can often place a target on his own back. Mr. Dough is often out of the office and as of late is often back within his home colony.
