This item is bonded to its user, and can only be issued to a new owner by a guildmaster. in the hands of anyone else it is a simple silver coin.
The coin will pulse when brought into contact with any other bonded guild coin, allowing mercenaries to identify their fellow guild members.
Once per day the coin can also be used to cast either Sending or Message to the bearer of another guild coin. Once the coin is successfully used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
