Leif was sent out to check things out on an island in search of Ryver who had gone missing from his mission. He, alongside Ke'Zhuz Prim and Temple found that the island was inhabited by members of The Hourglass Pirates. As combat was underway, the others who dove into the water regrouped with more enemies.
They were able to recover Ryver and return back to the ship where the Captain was facing off with two other individuals.
After the encounter with The Hourglass Pirates Leif, along with the others, were on their way to Myzopodis for a job. They were hired on by Princess Diana Voxville, where they were to act as a taxi to Kawit. During there travels to with the cargo, they were attacked by a group of sirens. Leif and a few others maintained the hull down below the deck during the encounter.
After the battle came to an end, Ryver was seen acting stranger than normal. Before too long, Ryver and others had gained control of the ship separating the crew and it's passengers. Leif was sent somewhere unknown to the rest.
