NPC

Arishia The Flower Child, is the current Headmaster of Frecia Academy. She also holds a seat within the Grim Coven, a group of witches. She is defined as a witch of the earth specializing in green magic, otherwise known as druidic type of magics. As a former student of the Frecia Academy she was housed into the Crest of the Moon and thus has a soft spot for the Crest.

Personality

Mannerism
Gentle and sweet. Her kind heart is enough to put a smile on anyone's face. She is very breathy when she talks and often is viewed as a child of the flowers.

Appearance

As an eladrin, she appears to be more human like in nature with blood red markings along her shoulders. Her skin is a greyish tone to match the long grey hair that is pulled back in a bun. Strands of hair line the sides of her rounder face while a pink witch hat with the Frecia Academy emblem at the center sits on her head. A purple flower dangles from the end of the hat to match the purple skirt she wears. Her blouse is a lighter shade of the same purple as her skirt with a grey and gold waist band and a pink bow at her neck. A purple gemmed ring sits on a finger on her left hand. Her pink catlike eyes behind small round glasses are defined by black eyeliner and a bold dark pink lip. Two moles are notable on her wrinkled skin, one below her left eye and one above her upper lip on the right corner. She appears to be around the age of 70 in human years, but her true age is unknown. The curvy round woman stands at about 5'5.

The Forgotten Dragons

A party of individuals came to the Academy to seek an audience with her. They explained to her that there were potentially a few students who were claimed to be dead within an alley of Dyonis. Arishia called forth all the crest leaders and their assistants to conduct a head count of all of her students. The individuals who gave her this message were placed under lock down until further notice. Once the head count was completed, she had learned that all her students were accounted for. She was outraged with the group that had come to her and felt like they were wasting her time.

It was revealed that shortly after her meeting she was placed under some type of charming enchantment by one of her own crest leaders. Succumbing to the charm domino affect originally placed by Comedina as Cecil. The charm didn't last long after Comedina had dropped her first layer of the effects. During the charm effects she attacked Vix Silvertail who was able to stand her ground. Vix took care of her as she was starting to lose the effects of the spell.

Due to her resilience, Arisha let her take charge of an investigation of the school. Arishia ordered Vix to proceed to track down Comedina and to bring her in for her crimes.

Feats

Aberrant Dragonmark - Feat

You have manifested an aberrant dragonmark. Determine its appearance and the flaw associated with it. You gain the following benefits:

  • Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
  • You learn a cantrip of your choice from the sorcerer spell list. In addition, choose a 1st-level spell from the sorcerer spell list. You learn that spell and can cast it through your mark. Once you cast it, you must finish a short or long rest before you can cast it again through the mark. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
  • When you cast the 1st-level spell through your mark, you can expend one of your Hit Dice and roll it. If you roll an even number, you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to the number rolled. If you roll an odd number, one random creature within 30 feet of you (not including you) takes force damage equal to the number rolled. If no other creatures are in range, you take the damage.

You also develop a random flaw from the Aberrant Dragonmark Flaws table.

5Animals are uneasy around you.
6You have a mood swing any time you use your mark.
7Your looks change slightly whenever you use the mark.
8You have horrific nightmares after you use your mark.

OPTION: GREATER ABERRANT POWERS

At the DM’s option, a character who has the Aberrant Dragonmark feat has a chance of manifesting greater power. Upon reaching 10th level, such a character has a 10 percent chance of gaining an epic boon from among the options in chapter 7 of the Dungeon Master’s Guide. If the character fails to gain a boon, they have a 10 percent chance the next time they gain a level.

If the character gains a boon, the DM chooses it or determines it randomly. The character also permanently loses one of their Hit Dice, and their hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to a roll of that die plus their Constitution modifier (minimum reduction of 1). This reduction can’t be reversed by any means.

Shadow Touched - Feat

Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

You learn the invisibility spell and one 1st-level spell of your choice from the illusion or necromancy school of magic. Once per long rest you can cast each of these spells without expending a spell slot. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spells’ spellcasting ability is the ability increased by this feat.
