Rita was working alongside the Thieves Guild in order to obtain experimental subjects. Her goal was to recreate the masks of the watchers that could be used by anyone. However, she was starting to get a little sloppy with her work, and her secrets were being revealed. Due to this, she was murdered by Corbin Denorla and his partner in her office.
