These masks are said to be created by a variety of gods. These unique masks allowed the gods to control the wearers like puppets and inhabit their bodies if they desire. The masks comes at a great price but grants the wearer unique properties.
When putting on the mask, the mask will fuse with the face of the person. They must make a constitution saving throw DC 15. Failure results in the first fail of the chart and 3d6 of the respective damage type of the mask. The mask is fused to the wearers face permanently unless a remove curse spell is used, a Watcher or the Master removes the mask. Success allows the wearer to remove the mask from their face.
To Bind to it, the wearer must withstand the curse for 8 days with the DC getting easier after each Day without reaching the 8th level.
