Isiphel lords over gossip, rumors, things you hear from someone but cannot prove. She will only intervene in the mortal/material world unless forced or successfully convinced. She likes letting mortals take their gossip and run wild. Maybe if its the means to an end with a rival or allied deity. Isiphel is an abstract goddess who appears in images, whispers, and questions you can't answer.
