Welammo - also known as the Yellow God, the Shining One and the Wasp of the Heavens - is a god mentioned in Viktor Welsh's 'Lost Gods‌' book.

They present as a huge chimaera between a wasp and an elf and is usually decked in black and yellow armour with a huge jagged helmet hiding much of her face.
They are associated with the Suns and Stars, poisonous insects, radiation, etiquette, order, royalty, merchants and sweetness. There is a rumoured Holy Honey that is secreted by Welammo which would cure any disease.
There are few myths about Welammo as they are mostly a background player in the mythology. There are cyclical myths regarding their movements during the day and night cycle as well as the cycles of the seasons.
The day and night cycle is explained as Welammo travelling through the sky during the day noting down the locations of the best flowers for them and their entourage. At night, the Stars are Welammo's drones collecting what they had seen.

The season cycles are a result of Maoun playing a trick on Welammo. Maoun placed a spell on the helmet that Welammo wore, darkening their vision and ability to see the flowers. Slowly, the plant growth withered away and the earth grew cold. After prayers to both Maoun and Welammo reached them, Maoun reversed the spell but found that the spell would wax and wane as the enchantment could not fully be removed.
