Romana is a githzerai who used to run a casino in the Endless Market dimension. She masqueraged as a gnome sorceror to prevent being recognised and often cheated in order to win bets which often included physical attributes, personalities and other things.
She also ran a drug dealing operation underneath the casino using the emotions of Maria.
She was killed by the party after showing Dove how to use her spell.
