Viktor Welsh is a half elf mage who runs the Synergy Group.
Originally from Oxford, England, he was studying astrophysics at Oxford University when he was thrown into Faerun. Scared and alone, he ended up meeting The Ring Master, falling in love with her. Eventually, their relationship ended on mutual terms and did so without much in terms of drama.
He studied then taught at the Conclave of Silverymoon, writing several books on the planes, his magnum opus being Lost Gods: A Treatise on the Elder Ones. This book gained some condemnation from mainstream religious groups before he disappeared from public view. During his time at the university, he had a fling with Lukas Nonagesimus.
He is somewhat mistrusted by the party due to his tendency to withold information. He is also going out with Dove.
