Icy is a strange character, shrouded in mystery. No one knows his motives, nor who he truly is. Not typically seen in one place, no one knows where his house is or who he is affiliated with. Appearing in this world randomly from his with nothing but a note with cryptic symbols on them, he explores the world looking for answers to where he is, why he is here, and most importantly what the note is and why he has it.
