Northgate

Northgate is the northern most large community. It is the last launching spot for demon hunters. It has a well-trained guard with scouts that know the signs of demons.   The town has been attacked many times by demons. They come here often. The town has worked on some town defenses like walls but have not contracted for stone. There are parts protected by wooden palisades, but no stones walls have been built. 

There is one the northern side of a large lake. The southern part of the lake forms the head water to the river that flows south through Eadwald and ending at Gaddel.

Northgate’s main export is lumber. The cure and cut the lumber in mills on the south end of the lake. Large barges carry the lumber south. They also export rare northern herbs and food stuff. With all the demon hunting in the area they export many rare demon objects.
