Cults

There are many minor gods. They pop up from time to time. Some powerful families worship a god that specifically protects their family. These can be created all the time. Some fall into the Rylian Pantheon but most are seen as cults and outside the church. They are usually seen as a threat to the church and cause heretical attacks from the church. Very power groups have added one of these minor gods to the church, but only really connected people are able to do it.
