Armbands of Power

These armbands are based on Feruchemy of generations ago.  Some powerful Feruchemist could create armbands that let anyone store a power in them. These could not be made today as it would require the Feruchemist be able to connect to at least two metal types and since that is no longer possible these are not possible to create today.
