Hosting the great branched throne of Ulahice, this large ornate chamber features an impressive stained glass dome that caps the palace of Lunas Orberus. This impressive architectural feature adorns the chamber in beautiful displays of colour during the peak hours of the day, and is a proud achievement of the Order of Arbores that built it. This chamber also acts as the council chambers of The Tide within the palace, where the most important of matters are decided for the fate of the Shimmer Isles.
An alternate title exists for the room, the 'Chamber of Seasons' and is especially referred to in this way for ceremonies, celebrations, rituals hosted within.
