Ouetsteii is described as being of small stature, roughly between 4'11" and 5'1" tall, but supporting a solid, muscular build. She has small, pointed ears not much larger than a typical Human but significantly smaller than those of a typical Faerefolk. Her bone structure is quite angular with relatively high cheekbones and a well-defined jawline, a straight-bridged button nose, and somewhat angular almond-shaped eyes of which her irises are the color of smoked honey. Her lips are a pale pink color of medium fullness, though the width of her mouth is slightly more narrow on her face than typical. She has dark olive-bronze skin that is adorned in dark forest-green tattoos in angular tribal patterns across her back, chest, biceps, thighs, and lower legs. Ouetsteii's hair frames her face in chin-length bangs and falls to mid-back colored a very dark, rich brown color with very obvious red undertones. Due to her captivity, her back is a network of ripped flesh currently, and will heal into significant scarring.
Appearance
First Encounter with Ouetsteii
When she entered the arena, she was clothed in tattered robes with no way to defend herself, though she quickly proved her martial prowess by killing one of the guards and breaking her shackles to work as two makeshift whips. The party decided to side with honor over wealth and glory, aiding the Seillian in escape. The Kicker Crew told the party that Clan Runeguard was not currently hunting them down, as far as they were aware, and that the existence of a Wyldling within Hul would be a legal issue - a dead Wyldling can be forgiven, but an escaped one cannot. Therefore, it's unlikely that there would be a large-scale political event made of her escape.
Learning from Ouetsteii
Though the Seillian does not speak Ereben, Sal Bax-Nears used the weave to form temporary lines of communication between the party and Ouetsteii. In such, they have learned the following (the amount of truth attributed to her tales is for the party to decide):
- The Wyldlings call themselves Seillians and are not the barbaric people that they are described as being.
- There are at least two factions of Wyldlings, the "Northern Tribes" and the "Southern Tribes."
- Ouetsteii prides herself in being able to speak the dialect of the Southern Tribes fluently.
- At home, she wears dresses often. In fact, she owns a stark white dress with a ten foot train. It is embroidered and embellished in silver and gold thread and ornamentation. The dress splits in the back down to the tailbone and in the front down to the navel and the sleeves are split at the shoulders - hanging off like sheets of gossamer. (This dress seems to be her favorite, as it's the only one she spoke of)
- Ouetsteii is from a city (presumably the [a?] capital) called Siluvar.
- There is some connection between the Seillians and Kosans.
- Ouetsteii seems to know something about the Akhandari Device.
- When she was captured, Ouetsteii was gathering information regarding resources available in western Keln.
- During her "mission," she was travelling with two other individuals. One of them was her now-deceased husband. He was slaughtered ruthlessly in front of her.
- Ouetsteii alleges that The Yarrin Empire "bombed [her] home with blight," causing the need to seek resources elsewhere.
- Her husband may have been named Finién and been a Vexbalg (in a drunken moment, she said this name and asked Salvatore to change his shape, then proceeded to kiss him before running away inside The Waypoint)
- Ouetsteii confided in the group that she is a princess of Siluvar. She said that her full title is Heir Apparent Princess Regent Ouetsteii Síòn, Future Queen Regent of Siluvar and the Northern Territories of Seillia
Notable Skills
So far, Ouetsteii has proven to be skilled in both melee and ranged combat, though she seems to prefer the bow. Furthermore, according to her narrative, she is a scout of some sort.
