The central portion of The Verdant Coast the Lizard Wastes came to be called such when Mordred, the Crawling Calamity made them her home. For some years now she hasn't been seen in the Wastes, and rumor has it she moved north into Jovangellian territory. The Wastes are filled with a number of small communities, nomadic tribes, and crazed hermits, as well as a myriad of dangers resulting from radiation and AR anomalies.
