The swath of Izya Territory controlled by the Jovangellian Empire. Though Adamant Council of Nor managed to capture the higher quality territory in the south, and The Pillars ousted the Empire from their cities, Northern Izya still comprises the greatest land mass held by any of the three contenders for the territory. Determined not to be pushed back any further, the Empire has become more aggressive in its military tactics of late.
