"Captain" Storm Broadsides

Captain Broadsides came to The Verdant Coast after defecting from at least two Sovereigns. He's seen more of The War than he'd like to, and after escaping capture from his former compatriots in the Jovangellian Empire, he came to The Izyan Coalition to help drive them out of Izya Territory. He eventually joined up with the Terra-Rising Brigade and now works as a coordinator for the squad.

Nobody has ever assigned him the rank of Captain, but the nickname has stuck against his will.
