An ancient, tumbledown castle on the eastern edge of The Verdant Coast. The Slate Sepulchre was abandoned long ago, and was the primary target of an attempted Norrish invasion. After driving Nor out of the Verdant Coast, the Terra-Rising Brigade made the Sepulchre their home. The castle extends in labyrinthine fashion underground, however, and even in the five years they've inhabited it, the Brigade has mapped only a small portion. In addition to its physical complexity, the Sepulchre holds unknown years worth of AR ghosts, which are unpredictable and sometimes violent, intentionally or otherwise.
Members of the Terra-Rising Brigade have explored the Sepulchre and learned that it's built into an ancient generation ship, which has been buried under Izya Territory for an unknown period of time.
