Verboden was a dragon who betrayed his own kind out of his love for Yndra, allowing her to use his blood to ascend to Ryn's godhood. In return for this he was cursed by the entirety of dragonkind. His curse was to lose his memories and live out his life as a random one of the 'lesser' races, doomed to slowly recover his memory of his betrayal and love for Yndra before resetting and repeating the cycle.
He played a key role in defeating The Spirited Mind's dragon invasion, once again proving his loyalty to Yndra over his own kind.
Recently Verboden travelled to a world called Ahnsbard in search of the fabled Chalice of Bahamut. He returned to Ryllian in the midst of Aked of Ryllian's rebellion against Yndra.
