When first seen roll a con check (DC=3). If failed, the person will be forced to stare at the staff for 1d4 minutes. After the time runs out or if you succeed the save, the con check does not need to be made again, even if you're looking at a different rigid stick. Effectively is just a quarterstaff. Does 1d6 bludgeoning, is melee with the versatile property.
