Colrin Dyrvax is a black dragonborn who was once a proud warrior and leader of his clan in the Dragon Isles. However, his fate took a dark turn when he was captured by the government of Onara. The dwarves of Onara had recently discovered a cache of illithid artifacts, and they were eager to experiment with them to unlock their mysterious powers. Colrin Dyrvax was chosen as a test subject for these experiments.
Over time, the illithid artifacts began to have a profound effect on Colrin. His once-proud and noble demeanor began to erode, replaced by a deepening sense of anger, paranoia, and madness. His scales began to darken and his eyes glowed with an eerie green light, marking him as something other than a mere dragonborn.
As the experiments continued, Colrin's body began to warp and twist, becoming more and more alien in appearance. His limbs elongated and his claws grew sharper, while his scales grew thicker and more armor-like. The dwarves were thrilled with their success, believing that they had created a new breed of dragonborn warrior that was stronger, faster, and more deadly than any other.
But as Colrin's mind continued to deteriorate, he became increasingly dangerous to those around him. The dwarves feared that they had created a monster that they could no longer control, and they decided to imprison him in the Cliff, a remote and heavily guarded prison dug into the peak of Onara.
Now, Colrin Dyrvax is a tortured and twisted creature, driven mad by the illithid artifacts that have been fused with his body. He is a warning to all who would meddle with powers beyond their understanding, a grim reminder of the terrible cost of unchecked experimentation.
