Master Daylor is a human wizard who lives in a tower named Har-Thelen. He was once a powerful wizard before he lost all his money drinking and gambling and visiting sex workers (he blames it on high taxes). He even had to sell most of his spellbooks and magical artifacts to the dragon Cthonyx to cover his debts. When the party met him, he convinced them to let him tag along with them to visit Villa Tisiphone. After the destruction of the Villa, Daylor revealed that he was the one who created the Memory Mirrors.
