Oliver is the currently proprietor of the Villa Tisiphone. He oversees the running of the casinos, particularly the high roller's room. He leaves the running of the brothel to Penevera Xilixys. Some say Oliver is a liar and a scoundrel and a cheat. Others that he simply greedy. He found the White Memory Mirrors (see: Memory Mirrors) in his office one day and felt a compulsion to keep it safe until someone came to claim it.
