The Luminesti are a cult which worships the black moon Nuitari. They are known for recruiting young and foolish followers who can be easily manipulated. Their goal is to ascend to Nuitari itself. According to Thelion Nightblade, the Luminesti are building some kind of temple in the Misttop Mountains.
