A narrow bridge leads from the docks outside the Protector's
Enclave up in the sky to a large floating island. Sitting a
hundred feet above the ocean, elevated by the Spellplague,
people feared that this island would come crashing down. For
some reason, despite the undoing of several changes, the
islands continue to float.
The Mask is run by a half-elf, Liset Cheldar. Once the home
of the mercenaries brought in by Nevermember, their
absence has led to an increase in the lower-class individuals
among the clientele

A room for a night had a price of 16 gp, including stabling services and as much food and drink as desired, while a single dinner had a price of 10 gp.[7] If a client desired the company of one of the ladies from the staff, additional 45 gp were added to the bill.[3]
Wine of good quality cost 6 gp, firewine 9 gp, and elverquisst 20 gp. A mug of ale or cider had a cost of 4 cp.[7]
As of 1479 DR, Liset had added fine feywine and strong dwarf liquor to her menu. A glass had a cost 10 gp, while a bottle cost 50 gp.[4]
