Hilltop is the actual civic center of Harvest Hills, it is the most geographically specific part of Harvest Hills, nestled entirely inside the Shield Wall. Most of the community sustaining businesses are located in Hilltop, including the Tucked Inn, the Low Bar, mills, and smiths.
