Lou is an extremely old elf who has a great ax with the symbol of the Hills Rising Movement on it. Lou lives in the The Autumn Lands and returns yearly to Lightning Swamp to search for their armor.
Lou was at one time Field Marshall Alia of the 11th Foot and Arrow Battalion of the Elven Army during the Annexation of Harvest Hills. Why Lou has abandoned his previous name, rank, and duties are unknown.
