A nomadic tribe that lives and wanders the Lands of Shemka. They take slaves but kill them if they are not useful enough. They do not abide by the kings law, the tribes of Shemka have their own laws. The Ringdell are known for not only riding genetically engineered bulls but large chariots pulled by them that leave a wake in the long grass of the steppes. They decorate their bulls with lines of white paint.
