Smaller Citadel that was a former military outpost of the northern families, today it is ruled by House of Karna.The outside is permanently wrapped in a layer of ice that seems to grow thicker with each blizzard. Inside it has a great hollow centre and the rooms are built into the thick walls that encircle it. These rooms are connected by walkways that look out over the central giant courtyard inside.
There is a giant entrance protected by its own energy field. On the lower levels is the House's Giant Wooly Rhino breeding program. The House is trying to wean itself off the use of oil fuelled vehicles, however some parts of their lands are too cold even for the rhino. The House was not originally of the north and therefore did not have its own stable of rhinos and has had to buy them off the other northern houses for breeding.
The lower floors also contain laboratories run by envoys from The Society of the Bond researching what crops can be made to grow in such a climate and how they could produce energy in the region with its freezing conditions.
The upper floors, accessible via walkways that overlook the central courtyard house the large and dedicated military of the Karna, many of whom are descended from men who were part of the victorious army of the king led by general Karna who after their decisive defeat of the House of Sleth, granted him nearly half their former lands. The warriors are kept in a permanent state of readiness.
